When you ask for a quote by phone or through a form on this site, Three Brothers Moving collects what a move needs — your name, a way to reach you, your move dates and the two addresses. Our website also records basic technical data automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you came from, through standard analytics and cookies.
How your details are used
- To prepare your estimate, schedule your date and carry out the move.
- To contact you about your quote or your booking, and to answer questions before, during and after the job.
- Analytics data is used in aggregate to see how the site is used and to improve it — it is not used to identify you personally.
Who we share it with
- With the crew and office staff running your move, and with the service providers we rely on to operate — for example our booking and quoting software, payment processor and website analytics.
- Where a move crosses state lines, with the authorities and paperwork federal moving rules require.
- We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
How long we keep it, and your choices
- We keep your details for as long as your move needs, and afterward only as long as tax, accounting and moving records are legally required to be held.
- You can ask what we hold under your name, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except records we are required by law to keep.
- You can turn off cookies in your browser; the site still works, though some parts may be less convenient.
